The City is seeking competitive bids from private contractors who will assist with plowing, snow hauling and ice removal from streets on an "as needed" basis during winter snowstorms when six inches or more of snow is forecast.
Competitive bids can also be placed by tow truck companies who will assist with removing abandoned cars from city streets during snowstorms.
