All employers in New York City must post the Know Your Rights at Work poster where their employees can easily see it.

By July 1, 2024, they must also give a copy to each employee. Employers must also make the poster available on any online platform it uses, such as a company intranet.

The multilingual poster tells workers they have rights and refers them to 311 or nyc.gov/workers to learn more.
